Tomato Seed Saving Video

August 20, 2014

Since my most popular recent post was on saving seed, I’m linking to a more detailed video from Seed Savers Exchange on saving tomato seed. Remember, this method is not for hybrid tomatoes.

I just prepared seed to ferment according to the video for my Green Zebra and Cherokee Purple tomatoes–two of my favorites. Save seed from the highest quality tomatoes that have characteristics you want.
