Happily, my son Andy and his girlfriend, Sarah stopped by Saturday afternoon. The garden provided the elements for a light meal. I mixed lentils with Trader Joe’s Fresh Bruschetta Sauce. The extra large radicchio leaves became wraps with (leftover) rice for the less adventuresome. I found three artichokes to steam, sliced several oranges from our tree and gathered calendulas and oregano sprigs for garnishes.
